This experience is designed to help culturally-based fraternal organizations move from tension to trust, from conflict to clarity, and from shared challenges to shared responsibility.

The Urgency
Why this matters.
Culturally-based fraternal organizations carry deep traditions of identity, pride, service, leadership, and belonging. But when communication breaks down, when harm goes unaddressed, or when council relationships become strained, the entire community feels the impact.
UD D9/MGC Day™ creates a structured space for students, advisors, and campus leaders to reset the tone, name the challenges, rebuild trust, and develop practical tools for healthier leadership.
This is not just another workshop. It is a guided community intervention designed to strengthen culture, improve communication, and move the council forward with clarity and accountability.
