Each experience is purpose-built for culturally-based fraternal organizations — culturally grounded, healing-centered, and action-oriented.
Cultural Convergence™
A high-energy educational experience that explores the culture, history, identity, and shared responsibility of Divine Nine and Multicultural Greek organizations. This session helps students reconnect to purpose, understand one another across cultural lines, and reframe what it means to lead within a culturally-based fraternal community.
No More Drama™
A conflict management and resolution experience grounded in the CBFO experience. This session helps participants navigate interpersonal tension, council conflict, discretion, deference, accountability, communication breakdowns, and the organizational nuances that often shape culturally-based fraternity and sorority life.
Process to Practice™
An action-oriented closeout experience that moves students from conversation to commitment. Participants develop practical short-term and long-term action plans that strengthen expectations, accountability, communication, collaboration, and chapter/council culture.
Neo-Training
A follow-up leadership experience for newly initiated and emerging members that reinforces healthy culture, values-based membership, leadership responsibility, and the transition from joining to sustaining the organization.
