A powerful two-part series that brings together Divine Nine and Multicultural Greek students, advisors, and guest speakers for a full day of connection, reconciliation, and leadership.

Cultural Convergence™

A high-energy educational experience celebrating the culture, connections, history, and impact of Divine Nine and Multicultural Greek organizations — recentering participants on what their founders intended.

Intentional Connection

Throughout the day, participants are deliberately brought together through networking, shared meals, and strategically planned activities designed to maximize meaningful engagement.

Unity Lunch + Advisors

UD FSL hosts a unity lunch where alumni share wisdom with undergrads. Chapter advisors join dedicated empowerment sessions on sustainable operations, student support, and council health.

NPHC + MGC Breakouts

Separate breakout sessions where each group names the issues, challenges, and tensions currently impacting their experience — honest reflection before the room comes back together.

No More Drama™

A conflict management and resolution experience grounded in the CBFO experience. From deference to discretion, students gain realistic interpersonal tools for chapter, council, and community.

Process to Practice™

An action-oriented closeout where members, chapter leaders, and council leadership develop short- and long-term action plans for accountability, communication, and collaboration.
