3 Simple Steps
You don't have to have it all figured out.
Students who book speakers from the Harbor Institute for their campus aren't personally paying for our dynamic educational experiences.
Neither is their chapter.
We empower and partner with you to identify, connect with and utilize campus based resources to fund this event.
Your job is simply to get the conversation started.

And you definitely don't have to wait for one of these. If your campus needs the conversation, that's the right time.
Pick a date.
Now that you know what you want, identify a few dates that could work.
Example: Tuesdays from 11 AM–1 PM may already be protected campus-wide programming time at some institutions.
What happens next?
Once we identify a date that works, Harbor Institute can provide a tentative hold date while you work through your campus approval and funding process.
Lock in the logistics.
Find your space.
Once you have your tentative Harbor date, begin identifying where the experience will happen.
Find your funding.
Here's something important:
Your chapter or council WILL not have to pay for this.
Many D9 chapters and NPHC councils partner with campus offices to fund Harbor Institute educational experiences.
Students often bring the idea. Campus departments help make it happen.
