Interpersonal Competence

Participants gain a greater understanding of identity, relationships, and how culture shapes the way they lead and collaborate with others.

Intrapersonal Competence

Participants explore, re-evaluate, and actualize their values while building confidence in themselves, their ideas, and their decisions.
