Attorney Rasheed Ali Cromwell is one of the leading authorities on fraternity and sorority life. Through The Harbor Institute™, he has presented keynote speeches, interactive trainings, and consulting experiences for thousands of students and administrators at over 300 colleges and universities in 45 states.

He utilizes his unique background as a practicing attorney, educational consultant, speaker, and content expert to bridge gaps, increase understanding, and promote positive change through culture and context.

His expertise in Black Greek Letter Organizations includes curriculum development at Howard University and The Ohio State University, where he helped create leadership and intake education initiatives focused on culturally-based fraternities and sororities.

He is co-author of Harbor's Guide to Culturally-based Fraternal Organizations and author of Discretion: Hazing, Pledging and Intake. He serves on the board of the Hazing Prevention Network and received the AFA Jack L. Anson Award for advancing positive change in the fraternal movement.
