Our Ultimate D9 BOOTCAMP!TM is designed to create thought-provoking dialogues in an inclusive environment. It is a comprehensive, customized, highly interactive and impactful educational experience shared in an introspective and engaging way. We present the information in an evidence-based and non-offensive manner, and we challenge participants to utilize critical analysis to deepen their understanding.
Our educational experiences utilize our FLEX™ facilitation model — innovative because it is a customized experience that blends speaking, training and consulting with engaging, interactive activities. Through active learning, peer-to-peer education, and role playing, we deliver a holistic, inclusive experience that adapts to the needs of your community.
We integrate FLEX™ with an activity-based platform that includes multimedia presentations, group breakouts, pair-and-share, social media exercises, and individual reflections. The result is an inclusive, fun, and free-flowing experience. BOOTCAMP!TM participants leave with individual, chapter, and council strategies to grow their communities in a healthy, collaborative, and sustainable way.
Great times to host BOOTCAMP!TMs are during regularly scheduled Council meetings (e-board or general body).
