From Boule to Every Region
Since November 2023, Harbor has collaborated with Zeta’s Finer Women Don’t Haze team — presenting at Boule in Indianapolis and co-hosting a record-setting Hazing Prevention Network webinar with 700+ live participants, the largest in HPN history.
A Pledge For Life™
Each certified Zeta and Amicae receives curated pre-reads, a two-hour in-person experience using Harbor’s FLEX™ facilitation model, a full-color resource guide with state-by-state hazing laws, and an official anti-hazing certification.

A proud 4th-generation HBCU graduate, Attorney Cromwell is one of the leading authorities on fraternity and sorority life. He has delivered keynotes, trainings, and consulting to thousands of students and administrators at over 300 colleges and universities in 45 states.
He founded The Harbor Institute™, serves on the board of the Hazing Prevention Network, and currently leads Zeta’s anti-hazing certification across all 8 regions.
