Rasheed brings appreciation, sensitivity, and insight into what it means to be a student leader. He combines this rich context with his diverse experiences as an attorney, entrepreneur, and educator to empower collegiate audiences with the tools needed for personal and professional success.

Rasheed combines powerful personal stories with a fact-based and interactive multimedia presentation style to inform and inspire students to think critically about themselves, their families, and their communities.

Professionally, Rasheed has served as a federal law clerk in U.S. Federal District Court in the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. He also worked as an attorney at Finnegan & Henderson in Washington, D.C. He currently serves as the Founder and President of The Harbor Institute™ and continues to advise culturally based fraternal organizations on hazing prevention and legal risk.

Since its inception, The Harbor Institute™ has presented dynamic keynote speeches, interactive training sessions, and consulting experiences for thousands of students and administrators at more than 300 colleges and universities in 45 states.
